About Us

Based in the capitol city of Jackson, Mississippi Investment Management Company is a fee-only investment advisor. We are registered with the Securities Exchange Commission, and serve clients throughout the country. Our firm was founded in January 2010 by principals, who collectively possess well over 100 years of investment expertise, along complimentary disciplines. We strive to provide our clients with personalized investment advice, customized portfolio management and exceptional service, for a reasonable, transparent fee.

We don’t believe a “new normal” occurs very often, but conditions do change, thus we don’t rely on predefined investment models or style boxes. Contrary to how many firms invest today, we believe our hallmark investment approach – analyzing and selecting individual stocks and bonds, one by one, for client portfolios – has withstood the test of time. We also understand risk and its many forms, therefore, we manage the investment process with what we believe are well-researched, high-quality companies and debt instruments. Ultimately, our overriding goal is to help you build and/or preserve your wealth over the long-term.

We invite you to view our SEC-required brochure (ADV) for detailed information about our services, fees and investment strategies. If these statements resonate with you, you have at least $250,000 to invest, and would like to discuss your present financial position, without cost or obligation, we welcome the opportunity to speak with you. Please call us at 601-607-4297, or visit our contact page for additional information.
